Die 888真人 Welsh Open 2012 waren ein Snooker-Turnier der Snooker Main Tour, das vom 13. bis 19. Februar 2012 in Newport ausgetragen wurde.
Der Sieger der letzten zwei Jahre und amtierende Weltmeister John Higgins aus Schottland unterlag im Achtelfinale gegen den Chinesen Ding Junhui. In derselben Runde konnte sich Judd Trump in nur 50 Minuten mit 4:1 gegen Stuart Bingham durchsetzen.
Im Finale setzte sich Ding Junhui mit 9:6 gegen Mark Selby durch.
