Midlothian South, Tweeddale and Lauderdale ist ein Wahlkreis für das Schottische Parlament. Er wurde im Zuge der Revision der Wahlkreise im Jahre 2011 als einer von neun Wahlkreisen der Wahlregion South Scotland eingeführt. Er umfasst weite Teile des ehemaligen Wahlkreises Midlothian, darunter die Städte Galashiels und Penicuik in den Council Areas Midlothian und Scottish Borders.<ref>Landkarte des Wahlkreises</ref> Der Wahlkreis entsendet einen Abgeordneten.

Der Wahlkreis erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 1748,1 km². Im Jahre 2020 lebten 79.842 Personen innerhalb seiner Grenzen.<ref>Statistische Daten</ref>
