Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse ist ein Wahlkreis für das Schottische Parlament. Er wurde im Zuge der Revision der Wahlkreise im Jahre 2011 eingeführt und ist nun einer von neun Wahlkreisen der Wahlregion Central Scotland. Großteils war das Gebiet von Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse zuvor dem Wahlkreis Hamilton South zugeordnet. Hamilton, Larkhall and Stonehouse umfasst Gebiete der Council Area South Lanarkshire. Hamilton und Larkhall sind die beiden bedeutenden Städte innerhalb des Wahlkreises.<ref>Landkarte des Wahlkreises</ref> Der Wahlkreis entsendet einen Abgeordneten.
