Hinweise

Die Breite hat zwei Standardwerte. Falls Logos verwendet werden, ist die Standardbreite 560pt, andernfalls 440pt.
Sind alle Teilergebnisse angegeben, so kann auf die Angabe der Gesamtpunkte verzichtet werden.
Bei den Logos und den Länderkürzeln wird für ein Team nur dann der Defaultwert angenommen, wenn der jeweilige Parameter für das andere Teams gesetzt ist.
