}} Die Virslīga 2010 war die 19. Spielzeit der höchsten lettischen Fußball-Spielklasse der Herren seit deren Neugründung im Jahr 1992. Offiziell trägt die Liga den Namen LMT Virslīga (Latvijas Mobilais Telefons Virslīga) und wird vom Lettischen Fußballverband ausgetragen. Die Spielzeit begann am 10. April 2010 und endete am 13. November 2010.

Skonto Riga wurde zum 14. Mal lettischer Meister.

Modus

Die zehn Vereine spielten zunächst zweimal gegeneinander; einmal zu Hause und einmal auswärts. Danach wurden weitere neun Spielrunden absolviert. Die Teams, die nach 18 Spielen auf den ersten fünf Plätzen stand, hatten fünf Mal Heimrecht. Somit bestritt jede Mannschaft 27 Spiele pro Saison.

Der Tabellenvorletzte FC Tranzit sollte ein Relegationsspiel gegen den FC Jūrmala, Zweiter der 1. līga, austragen. Tranzit zog zurück und der FC Jūrmala stieg auf.
