Die Uroporphyrinogen-III-Synthase (URO3S) ist das Enzym in Tieren, das den Ringschluss von Hydroxymethylbilan zu Uroporphyrinogen III katalysiert, ein Teilschritt in der Porphyrinbiosynthese. Im Mensch ist URO3S in allen Gewebetypen zu finden.
