Auf Uhren mit dieser Zonenzeit ist es drei Stunden früher als die koordinierte Weltzeit (UTC), vier Stunden früher als die mitteleuropäische Zeit (MEZ) und fünf Stunden früher als die mitteleuropäische Sommerzeit (MESZ).
