Roundstone liegt ca. 15 km von der Stadt Clifden entfernt. Es ist ein beliebter Touristenort mit vielen Kunsthandwerkgeschäften, bekannt für seine Sicht über die Bucht zu den Bergen von Connemara und seine Regatten, mit den traditionellen Galway Hooker.
