Leben

Abgarjan absolvierte in Armenien die Linguistische Universität „Waleri Brjussow“. Seit 1993 lebt sie in Moskau. Durch den Roman Manjunja wurde Abgarjan in Russland bekannt. 2010 erhielt ihr Roman den Literaturpreis „Manuskript des Jahres“.
