Liste der Portnummern
Die folgende Liste der Portnummern enthält die Zuordnung von Portnummern zu bekannten Netzwerkdiensten. Ports werden von Transportprotokollen wie dem Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) oder dem User Datagram Protocol (UDP) verwendet, um empfangene Daten einer Anwendung zuzuordnen. In vielen Anwendungen und Netzwerkdiensten ist dafür eine feste Portnummer vorgesehen. Eine kurze Übersicht über die wichtigsten Dienste ist in der Liste von TCP/IP-basierten Netzwerkdiensten zusammengefasst.
Die Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) pflegt im Auftrag der Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) ein Register mit Zuordnung von Portnummer zu Netzwerkdienst.<ref>Service Name and Transport Protocol Port Number Registry. IANA, abgerufen am 3. Februar 2024.</ref> Diese werden im Folgenden als offizielle Zuordnung beschrieben. Ein Auszug der Liste kann unter unixoiden Betriebssystemen in der Datei /etc/services und unter Microsoft Windows unter %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\services eingesehen werden.
Nicht jeder Hersteller von Netzwerkanwendungen registriert die standardmäßig verwendeten Portnummern. Ist die Verwendung einer Portnummer üblich, ohne dass diese bei der IANA registriert ist, so wird diese im Folgenden als inoffizielle Zuordnung beschrieben. Die Liste beschränkt sich auf relevante Netzwerkdienste und erhebt keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit, insbesondere nicht von inoffiziellen Portzuordnungen.

Systemports (0–1023)
Der Bereich von 0 bis 1023 umfasst die Systemports, auch als well-known Ports (wohlbekannte Ports) bezeichnet. In diesem Bereich ist die höchste Konzentration an grundlegenden Netzwerkdiensten zu finden. Auf Unix-artigen Betriebssystemen darf nur das Root-Konto Dienste an Ports unter 1024 binden.
