Die Spielzeit 1993/94 der Extraliga war die erste reguläre Austragung der höchsten Spielklasse des Eishockey in der Slowakei. Im Playoff-Finale setzte sich der HC Dukla Trenčín gegen den TJ VSŽ Košice mit 3:2 Siegen durch und gewann damit den ersten slowakischen Meistertitel der Vereinsgeschichte. Der letztplatzierte der Hauptrunde, der HKm Zvolen wurde zur folgenden Spielzeit durch den Zweitligameister HK Spartak Dubnica ersetzt.
