Eurobodalla liegt am südlichen Küstenabschnitt des Staates etwa 190 km östlich der australischen Hauptstadt Canberra und 300 km südlich der Metropole Sydney. Das Gebiet umfasst 63 Ortsteile und Ortschaften: Akolele, Batehaven, Batemans Bay, North Batemans Bay, Belowra, Benandarah, Bergalia, Bimbimbie, Bingie, Bodalla, Broulee, Buckenbowra, Cadgee, Catalina, Coila, Congo, Corunna, Dalmeny, Denhams Beach, Deua, Deua River Valley, South Durras, Eurobodalla, Guerilla Bay, Jeremadra, Kianga, Kiora, Lilli Pilli, Long Beach, Maloneys Beach, Malua Bay, Meringo, Merricumbene, Mogendoura, Mogo, Moruya, Moruya Heads, Mossy Point, Murrengenburg, Mystery Bay, Narooma, North Narooma, Nelligen, Nerrigundah, Potato Point, Rosedale, Runnyford, Sunshine Bay, Surf Beach, Surfside, Tilba Tilba, Central Tilba, Tinpot, Tomakin, Turlinjah, Tuross Head, Wamban und Woodlands sowie Teile von Currowan, Dignams Creek, East Lynne, Neringla, Tinpot und Yowrie.<ref name="Suburbs" /> Der Sitz des Shire Councils befindet sich in der Küstenstadt Moruya, wo etwa 4.300 Einwohner leben.<ref name="Moruya" />

Verwaltung

Der Eurobodalla Shire Council hat neun Mitglieder. Acht Councillor und ein Vorsitzender, der Mayor (Bürgermeister) des Councils, werden von allen Bewohnern der LGA gewählt. Eurobodalla ist nicht in Bezirke untergliedert.
