Darifenacin ist eine organisch-chemische Verbindung aus der Klasse der Aromaten, die unter dem Handelsnamen Emselex^® (Hersteller Novartis) als Arzneistoff zur Behandlung von Harninkontinenz eingesetzt wird.

Darifenacin ist ein selektiver M₃-Acetylcholinrezeptor-Antagonist und damit ein Parasympatholytikum.
