Euroapotheca ist eine internationale Unternehmensgruppe, die Apothekenketten, pharmazeutische Großhandelsunternehmen und Online-Apotheken in Litauen, Schweden, Lettland und Estland betreibt. Die Euroapotheca-Gruppe wurde 1998 gegründet. Euroapotheca gehört zu „Vilniaus Prekyba“ – einer privaten Holdinggesellschaft.<ref name=":0">Who we are. 22. November 2017, abgerufen am 14. Die Euroapotheca-Gruppe umfasst 767 Apotheken und 118 Franchise-Apotheken in vier Ländern und beschäftigt mehr als 6.600 Mitarbeiter. EUROAPOTHECA kontrolliert die Apothekenkette Eurovaistinė (265 Apotheken) in Litauen, Euroaptieka (55 Apotheken) in Lettland, betreibt das Franchise-Netzwerk Euroapteek (73 Franchise-Apotheken) in Estland und hält 50 % der Anteile an der Swedish Pharmacy Holding AB, die die Apothekenkette Kronans Apotek (447 Apotheken und 45 Franchise-Apotheken) in Schweden kontrolliert.<ref name=":0" />
