Das MPS Group Championships 2010 war ein Damen-Tennisturnier der Kategorie International im Rahmen der WTA Tour 2010. Das Sandplatzturnier in Ponte Vedra Beach fand vom 5. bis 11. April 2010 statt.
Das Finale im Einzel bestritten Caroline Wozniacki und Olga Gowortsowa, Wozniacki gewann in zwei Sätzen. Im Doppel gewann die Paarung Bethanie Mattek-Sands und Yan Zi in drei Sätzen gegen Chuang Chia-jung und Peng Shuai.
