Berending ist eine Ortschaft im westafrikanischen Staat Gambia.

Geographie
Berending liegt ungefähr 7,5 Kilometer östlich von Essau. Der Ort, in der North Bank Region im Distrikt Lower Niumi, liegt am nördlichen Ufer des Gambia-Flusses.
Kultur und Sehenswürdigkeiten
