Geographie
Die Stadt liegt am nördlichen Ufer der Marne und südöstlich des Mont Avron, 14 Kilometer östlich von Paris.
Geschichte
Die Gemeinde Neuilly-Plaisance wurde 1892 auf dem Gebiet von Neuilly-sur-Marne gegründet.
