Henry Stubbe war ein vielseitiger Gelehrter und Mediziner, der unter anderem an der [[Universität Oxford]] die Philosophie von [[Thomas Hobbes]] unterstützte, ein Buch zur damals noch relativ unbekannten [[Schokolade]] sowie eine Abhandlung zum [[Islam]] verfasst hat. <br />
