Die &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;CTD-Phosphatase (FCP1)&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (genauer &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;TFIIF-assoziierende CTD-Phosphatase&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;) ist das [[Enzym]], das in [[Eukaryoten]] während der [[Transkription (Biologie)|Transkription]] die [[Phosphat]]reste von Serin-2 und Serin-5 der [[Polymerase II]] entfernt, womit die Polymerase für die [[Elongation (Transkription)|Elongation]] (re-)aktiviert wird. Es handelt sich also um eine [[Phosphatase]]. Das Enzym ist beim Menschen in allen Gewebetypen zu finden. [[Mutation]]en im entsprechenden &amp;#039;&amp;#039;CTDP1&amp;#039;&amp;#039;-[[Gen]] können zu erblichen multiplen Entwicklungsstörungen mit Katarakt, dem sogenannten [[CCFDN-Syndrom]] führen.&amp;lt;ref&amp;gt;{{UniProt|Q9Y5B0}}&amp;lt;/ref&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
