Seiher liegt die Gemeinde beiderseits des Flusses Vienne, in den hier der Nebenfluss Manse einmündet.

Die Kirche Notre-Dame de la Prière ist ein Marienwallfahrtsort. Das Gemeindegebiet ist Bestandteil des Regionalen Naturparks Loire-Anjou-Touraine.
